Whether you’re looking to try a beginner-level class or intermediate-advance, I’ve got options to flex with your unique practice goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Focus: Body Alignment, Strength, Flexibility, Safety and Creativity.

Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Length of lessons: 60 or 90 mins Every one of my classes includes Asana (yoga poses) , Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation.

I believe yoga is spiritual work that begins from the body. Within Yoga, the body is the vehicle through which we live and achieve spiritual evolution. My classes have strong traditional focus on postures that gradually increase control over the body with increased flexibility, and strength as a result. At the same time it builds a good base for impactful breathing - leading to concentration and relaxation. It can help reduce stress, manage depression, improve strength and flexibility, and relieve pain. Classes start with a short meditation focusing on the breath and slowly warming up the body with gentle movements. You'll continue to build heat through a flow; asanas, moving with the breath, and finishing in savasana - a restorative, guided relaxation to find stillness and reflection. Each session concludes with a short meditation to recover, connect with the effects of the practice and yourself a total moment of relaxation.
